This chakra with its 54ha terrain is located on a small hill. Therefore it offers a nice view on the countryside. It is even possible to see the Pan de Azúcar near Piriapolis and the Sierra de las Animas. They are the highest mountains in Uruguay. The distance to the ocean is approx. 3km. The main house was not very carefully looked after in the last year. It needs refurbishment. It has four sleeping rooms, two bathrooms, and a spacey living room with kitchen and fire place. The terrain is completely fenced, has its own creek, waterhole and well. Behind the main house there is a big water tank. There are also stables and warehouses.
