This Chacra has 18,8ha land. The form of the terrain remembers of a triangle. On it´s longest side of the terrains border it has a creek which flows later on in the river Santa Lucia. The Property is about 500m away from the next paved road and about 20km to Montevideo. It has it´s own road access. Therefore the property is very calm. The main house has two parts, a newer and an older part. The newer part is roofed with tiles.
